For Google: Great Lone Pine earthquake

Lone Pine Fault?
The USGS site says nothing about the Lone Pine Fault. It states that the epicenter was on the Owens Valley Fault. What is the reference for the assertion that the Lone Pine Fault was involved at all? Tmangray 22:12, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
Are there any objections to moving this article to "1872 Owens Valley earthquake"? That seems to be preferred usage in the field, and the entry in Stover and Coffman. I have created a redirect, but am thinking the article should be Owens Valley, and Lone Pine the redirect. ♦ J. Johnson (JJ) (talk) 22:09, 11 August 2019 (UTC)
